Order Processing

To process your order, we need some time.

We guarantee shipment within 2 working days upon receipt of the payment by our company; generally order processing time during is 12 hours, but it may increase due to weekends, holidays or nighttime.

We are doing everything possible to reduce the time of order processing, and hope for your understanding.


The goods are delivered by EMS Russian Post and DHL-Express

Customer bears full responsibility for the accuracy of the registration at – their address, delivery details, and other relevant information. Orders are delivered by courier directly to the address specified by the CUSTOMER. In some cases, the order can be delivered only to the nearest regional center that has representatives of EMS or DHL Post (small towns: towns, villages, etc., are located in remote locations, as well as settlements with limited entry).

Cost of delivery

The cost of delivery is set according to the tariffs of EMS Russian Post or DHL Express and depends on the volumetric weight of your order and postal zone and is displayed automatically when you select your destination in the Checkout form. Also, you may always request additional information on the delivery costs from our employees by e-mail sales [at] swiftai [dot] com.

Payment for delivery service provided by EMS Russian Post or DHL Express is included in the final cost of the order (the notification of the final cost is sent to e-mail that you specified).

Delivery time

The COMPANY sends the order to the CUSTOMER only upon receiving the full payment (100%) for the ordered goods. Delivery times vary due to recipient region. The estimated time of express delivery (not counting the day of shipment, weekends and holidays) from our warehouse in Novosibirsk is 5-20 days depending on the region.

The company always makes everything possible to dispatch orders within a specified time, but can not guarantee the delivery of just-in-the stated time, or to the stated date. Company does not undertake any obligation to reimburse the Customer for any loss, direct or indirect, which may be due to non-delivery of goods to the stated deadlines.

Complaints for delivered orders

Prior to delivery, all the shipped goods are examined by a responsible employee of the Company for the quality and packaging.

All orders are sent to you by courier, non-insured. Courier service is fully responsible for the safety of your order. Warranty starts from the moment you order the transfer of representative courier service. The CUSTOMER is to check the integrity of the package, integrity and a completeness of the order (products) upon receipt of the order.

If you may have a complaint on the integrity of the package or the order, please open the package in the presence of the courier service representative, and in case of damage done to the goods, refuse to accept your order. In case of flaws or shortages, goods (products) are subject to replacement or warranty repair. Complaints on the completeness of the order are received within three working days upon the receipt of the goods by the CUSTOMER. Transportation costs associated with sending items to the COMPANY for replacement are paid by the CUSTOMER. Transportation costs associated with the delivery of the replaced or repaired products under warranty are paid by the COMPANY.
